Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. +1
Logan Bellamy is an absolute gem. Mr. Bellamy was friendly, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and hard working. He’s one of those people you immediately like. He did the jobs correctly, and efficiently. Mr. Bellamy installed a new house main water supply shut off valve and a pressure valve. He also replaced the hot water nipple pipe under the kitchen sink coming from the wall. Thanks, Pioneer, for hiring such a high quality individual.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. So my HVAC unit was making a weird noise…Kenny was patient and tracked it down to loose padded tape along the side of the vented cover for unit.
He secure the tape and bingo bango no more annoying sound.
Thank you Kenny

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Logan Seagle did an excellent job with the service! He was very personable, knowledgeable, informative and thorough. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of the service he provides. I work for The Home Depot and will, without hesitation, recommend Cook’s/Pioneer’s services to our customers. He knows his business and does it exceptionally well. Thank you all and I look forward to doing this again!!! Logan, buddy, I’d give ya 10 stars, but unfortunately I’m limited to only 5.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shannon did amazing. He not only fixed what I called for he also may have helped me find and stop a leak that we thought was something else and taught me something about maintaining my AC unit that I was unaware of

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Pioneer showed me today that they are a company that is accountable for the work they’ve done. Even on work that was performed 3 years ago & under different management. This is unfortunately becoming less & less common, & as a customer, I appreciate their accountability & will continue to recommend them as a trustworthy company. Charlie, the licensed plumber who came out to assess the situation, was very professional, personable, & took the time to explain things to me. I appreciated his understanding of the situation & his commitment to make sure everything was done the way it should be.
